Matt Daher Interviewed About Texas Appeals at CAA Town Hall

This past Wednesday morning Criminal Appeals Advocates attorney Matthew Daher was interviewed for a 2025 Town Hall discussing Texas criminal appeals, 11.07 applications, and other post-conviction options that affect prison inmates.

The half-hour program included questions about strategies for 11.07 motions, how they differ from other appeals, the impact of arguing "ineffective assistance of counsel," how court-appointed lawyers can differ from private attorneys, the emotional aspect of representation, and a variety of other topics related to Texas criminal apeals. CAA intake manager Krystle Boswell conducted the interview.
